After 23 years of travel trailer camping we just brought home a new Four Winds 22E. We moved into a new home a year ago and had to place our travel trailer (2010 Airstream Classic 31D) in storage due to a steep narrow driveway.
We sold our trailer after deciding a motor home would better suit our needs and travel style. We looked quite a while before finding a motor home with a sufficiently short and high rear overhang to make the transition up the driveway (~15 degrees) without scrapping the rear. We have it parked now at the top of the hill. :thumb: I'm sure we are going to really enjoy our new home away from home.

Congrats as well. That was our biggest issue was the ground clearance while backing into our driveway.

Ironic. We just bought the same coach as you. We got tired of dragging a 36' four slide fifth wheel around and paying to store it when not in use. We have a long and steep driveway. The 22e stores nicely in the driveway, and has no issues turning around at the top of the driveway. Bonus is house had a 30 amp camper connection installed by the previous owner, so we can just plug in between trips. Talk about downsizing....... But our travel plans are different now and the motorhome fits us nicely.
