I've had RA since we bought this MH in March 2017. First GS for a few years, then FMCA till they jacked the price up, and then back to GS - never had to use it.
Today, towing the Colorado on our trip, the 5 year old battery up and died. Got to the destination and setup the RV disconnected the TOAD where it sat and tried to jump it with a Duck touted lithium jump pack. The truck battery was at 5.0 VDC and the jump pack refused to connect. Instructions say the battery should be at least at 20% SOC.
So dug out an old 12 amp charger to try to fool the jump pack into connecting. Lotsa back and forth between in the truck and under the hood. At some point the trucks BCM got enough voltage to wake up and and the first thing it did was lock all the doors. Guess where the keys were at? ARRRRRG!!!! Who designed this behavior???

Long story shorter I called the GSRA number at 5:45. By 6:45 the contracted RA guy was leaving and I had the Colorado unlocked and running. We were in a rural neighborhood between Deland and DeLeon Springs in Florida, not too far from Daytona, but the contracted company operates out of Titusville. We were very happy with this simple lock out RA experience.

Also Works as adjustable seat bolsters for back related complaints
I actually have the whole kit, just at home.

So I went down to Lowes and picked up a wedge pillow and 6 foot all thread 1/4" rod and a 3 pack plastic putty knife before calling RA. (which I had forgotten covered simple lock outs).
After about a half huor putzing around in the heat my wife asked "Didn't we have RA?"

So like I told the RA guy after he got it open in about 2 minutes: "I had the wedge, I did not have the right reach tool and I did not have the experience"

The RA call cost be nothing.

Spousal Unit managed to tear out the sidewall on the drivers rear tire...AGAIN on Tuesday.
This time I had a full size spare(we're prepared now due to the last time she tore a sidewall)
AAA was flawless and free.

thanks for the extra key reminder.
We don't leave the house unless both of us have our full set of keys
But
You've reminded me to tape a key onto the roof of the vehicles.
We used to, but have gotten out of the habit.

Had to push mamma through windows once when locked out of rig when rv door jammed.
Have lock box in propane boot now with extra set for rv and tow.

You headed to beach? We almost to short stay military rec center in SC. Going slay the catfish!
Yeah, extra keys to the TOAD would have been smart. We have them - DW never brings her set. Gonna make an extra TOAD key now.

Not going to the beach this trip. It's a work weekend at the MIL's house. Pressure washing and painting.

I have Retired Marine that washes my house and rentals. Gave him thousands of jobs over 15 years doing properly management so he still gives me huge discount!

I tip my hat to you and drinking a beer to your fine work! Hopefully you get a dinner set for a king!
