Getting ready for 11 day trip. Checked BMPro and it is cycling over and over BMPro logo.
Decided to not deep dive and use my backup.
Charging now.
Also phone app still works with old while removed

Charged last night to 100% so far all looks well.

I was able to convince thor to send a new one Goodwill due to battery failure. I still have the other. It cycles over & over. Not sure battery.
Wow you may send the Pdf to

Thx a million

I’m glad I don’t have a LCD control screen. I’ll stick with my analog buttons and switches.😊

I much, much prefer buttons and switches to my BMPro. Unfortunately I am stuck with it.

FWIW, there are three ways to turn on or off lights in my 2021 Axis:

1. Use the BMPro. Works for the majority of lights.

2. Use the little button in the middle of the round lens.

3. Use the rocker switches in the bathroom and on the forward wall of the drivers side bed.

Sheesh, what drunken electrician designed that mess? Usually I complement Thor for good design, but poor execution. Not so for the lights.

Same many ways if it fails including 2 s24 ultras that work.
It is 2024 for us :)

It is 2024.
Touch screen phone :)

There are many cases where electronic, remote and automated technology is a helpful tool.

There are many cases where adding that ability is just bling and adds to value to using the tool.

RVs fall in the latter category.

BMPro pdf and maintenance.

I have sent out a couple pdfs already, but failed to see that I forgot to add to take tablet off the wall by pulling top edge down gently and pull out at bottom corners.

THEN- maintain the battery just like any LFP battery- keep at 50-60%, and charge to 100% every 3 months and then leave on until back to 50-60%

We have the same tmc as you. Axis, 25.6, 2020. I've followed you because we are the same. Now my bmppro is doing the same as yours. Flashing Bmppro. Called Thor and they don't give any freebies anymore. The guy kinda blew me off. (Close to quitting time I think). Never gave me any answer or troubleshooting except transfer me to parts. $560 bucks later I still don't know why the tablet won't reset. I even checked the battery. It was at 3.5 and I charged it to 3.7. Still nothing.
If the tablet can flash Bmppro, why can't he Android come on line?

Hi camping in the mountains of NM spotty signal for me.
Mine shows 100% in top right.
I think there is a small hole to reset.
Try unplugging & then plug in wait for 100% charge.
Check all wires connected in white connector.
See if your phone app works..

Thanks Scubawise. I PMed Mark54 and got everything I needed. Hard to believe that symptom would be fixed by a battery. Also wish it was easier to find that info. You posted just a few days before mine went bad. My lesson? Don't leave lithium batteries in freezing conditions.
Thanks again. Gerry vR

Mine failed due to lack of cycling it during heated storage, with battery switch off, so BMPro battery went to 0% and stayed there until I replaced it.

Glad I got you fixed up with my pdf- I now keep that device inside and cycle the battery as described above...

I will never have an RV that takes a tablet or phone op to use the thing. This is a technology that serves no useful purpose in an RV.

Can you send to me?
I can work on my failed unit.
Thanks
