HELP! - Stuck without house power

Glad you found the solution to your problem and the extended warranty covered it. I wonder if something "caused" the problem...maybe a power surge or low voltage. Could it have been prevented with a surge protector? Just wondering.

Thanks. I hear a lot of horror stories about warranties, but this one has paid for itself 3 times and I still have 2 more years.

What warranty do you have. I am still debating purchasing one.
