I love new innovations - here are some that actually look interesting. That front kitchen is looking cool!

I do it now! Might a well be a window - would probably be easier to get the bugs off.

I hear you... BUT I did find an easier way this year..mince I keep a decent coat of wax , I carry my wash brush with me... Whenever I stop for the day , no matter where I am , I will spray the cap with water , do a quick brush , and rinse.. This way the bugs do not get baked on...

It has worked very well this year...

I wash the bugs off mine each day as I travel. Rainex makes a bug spray that really works well. When I park I coat the front of our RV with that spray and then an hour later I get the ladder out with a bucket of clean water. They come right off......I also keep the front of the coach waxed.

Dave, do you use rainex on the paint as well?

Brad, I use it on every thing that has bugs on it. The front cap has the 3M shield but the bugs still stick. Every night of traveling, the entire front of the coach gets sprayed down with the rainex bug spray. It looks pretty gooie until I wash it off, but it works well.

Oh! That is neat looking! Not sure if that's something our guys are looking at or now...so will pass it on for them to take a look at. Thanks for sharing!

Another manufacturer made a front kitchen 5er recently, was a interesting layout, did not last long.

that , and the coarseness of the fabric itself I think... almost like the filament's in there help

Thats the part I heard would scratch paint. I never had an issues on my prior gelcoat, but I'm a little worried about using them on paint.

Our Arctic Fox travel trailer had the exact layout and we really enjoyed it. However, the front window was much smaller. The window had a hinged cover that was used while underway.
