Hot Water

We have a 2018 Freedom Elite 26he that we keep having trouble getting hot water. We are on our third circuit board and it has stopped working again.It works the first time we bring it home then the pilot stops lighting ,was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a way to do things diffferently.

Ours works great. I’d be looking for a loose fitting or an obstruction in the propane line. The likelihood of having three “bad” circuit boards in a row seems vanishingly small. It is not a complicated device and its usually the simple stuff that goes wrong. Good luck.

I've heard folks talk in here about a vent that allows rainwater in: could this be your problem as well?

Hot water

CW keeps saying faulty circuit board and replacing it. Has to be something causing it I’ll be taking it to someone else to look at it.

There is no pilot light on a DSI water heater.
