Want to charge 2023 thor Scope engine battery without removing the floor board or running the engine. Is it possible?

Presuming you have a Promaster chassis, yes under the hood. There is a positive connection under a flip down cover, driver’s side. And there is also a dedicated negative stud, also driver’s side, front edge of engine compartment. Check your Promaster manual (not Scope manual). Should be described there.

Thank you for replying. I’m Darlene and doing this for my hubby. He says he found both under the hood but they didn’t charge the battery, just jump started it. He didn’t consult the Promaster manual and will do that now. Thanks again.

How long does he think it takes to charge the battery? It's the same connection. It takes hours to charge a dead battery - unless it's bad - then it will never charge.

You can (and should) connect a trickle charger to the jumper posts under the bonnet.
(remove cover sleeve on B- jumper post to connect)
Better to use lower amps to charge as opposed to higher amps or fast-charge, esp. if battery is low on charge.
The Tellaro, Sequence, Rize and Scope versions may not have a BIM after 2021 chassis-2022 RV model year.
Mine certainly doesn't and chassis battery dies in 3-4 days, plugged in or not.
Another Thor booboo. No Bi-directional charging in these particular RVs.
I keep a trickler on all the time when home, or at campground for 2 days or longer.
Only gets charged when engine is running.
I added one inside (Noco 2A unit) when I moved all the electrics up inside 2 yrs ago as well, so I can charge when plugged in. Attaches to e-start solenoid that used be under the deck, totally exposed to road debris- not any more on mine...
If battery won't charge, it may be damaged from being too low too long.
Have it checked by an auto parts place or garage.

I just keep ours plugged into shore power and both batteries get charged and maintained at 13.6 volts. Ours is a 2022 Rize. Our batteries are AGMs.

The Rize would have two Lithium batteries underneath @ 13.6V each- what about the 12.6V chassis (starter) battery?
Does it charge when plugged into shoreline?

We have two AGM batteries. Both charge when plugged into shore power.

I think that Thor went to Lithium batteries in 2023 when they ditched the generator.

My 2022 Tellaro has lithium and no generator- started just then I think. They did AGM's before that w/ generator in 2021 model years I think. Good that yours charges all when plugged in- the 2022 has no such thing for the Lithiums. My starter battery died first week home. I was surprised since my 20AT w/ AGMs was like yours- had a BIM underneath.
