How to disable email notifications?

Can't figure out how to turn off email notification to threads where I've post a response.

Which box needs to have the check mark removed under the User CP --> Edit Options panel?

And sorry if this is the wrong forum.

go to the user CP tab. look down on the left hand side under settings and options, click on edit options. then scroll down to messaging & notifications, look for default thread subscription mode. under that drop down menu you will find the option to turn off the email notifications.

The only problem is that after you do this, you will still get notifications for any threads you posted to before the change. I turned mine off fairly early, but there are still a couple of threads I still get emails about.

You can unsubscribe to any posts that you are getting. The option is in "List subscriptions" page. Click on the drop down next to "selected threads". There is a delete subscription option on that drop down list. You have to check the box at the right side of the subscription, to select it first. Hope this helps, it stops a lot of E-mails.
