My 2022 Thor Chateau 28Z leveling jacks are powered all the time. The operating instructions say to turn the key to ACC or ON to operate. I’d like know where to find out where they are connected to 12v now, and where to move the connection to the ACC/ON circuit. TIA.

That is an aftermarket leveling system. You will need to go back to the installer or trace the wiring to see where it is getting power from now.

Which HWH system do you have?

I think it's weird some hydraulic jack manufacturers require the ignition switch to be ON. My Bigfoot system is wired via a breaker directly into the house battery circuit. It squeals like a pig if the ignition switch is turned on... which is great. Because I certainly don't want ANY risk of accidently starting the engine and moving the motorhome with jacks extended!

Fixed! With invaluable help from Andre at Stewart’s service in Elkhart, 800-826-6267, I started pulling fuses and found that the leveling was powered from a fuse that was labeled “passenger side” at the fuse panel. Since the touch panel is right next to the awning lights, I thought that would be the place to start. Discovered that some lazy person in the factory jumpered the wire labeled “ACC” from the MIOM to the lower step light by the side entrance door. I installed a matching single rocker switch, and just need to turn that on or off to power the jacks.
