Just looked at the 2017 Redwood-RV web site and found out the they have dropped the Sequoia line. My 2015 Sequoia and I are now orphans, but it is still a great RV. I have looked at many Redwoods and haven't found very many differences. The construction is identical and most of the interior features and trim are the same.
Maybe I should consider my RV as unique rather that an orphan!

Just call yourself a "Classic".

Redwood has struggled with a few different versions of the Redwood. There was the "Blackwood", Sequoia and I'm not sure but are they still making the "Carriage". I don't think they ever got the hold on the market that they had hoped.

Ah don't feel lonely :) Mine became a "classic" this year, as the Itasca name has been squashed. I now have a "classic", or "orphan", or "Edsel", or "forgotten"........... :)

Sometimes in business companies make a big mistake by trying to be something to everybody. They should have stuck with what they were good at and took the market with updates and reliability. The upper end 5er market is a good one because there are a lot of RVers that don't want to spend the big bucks for a MH or the MH doesn't fit their lifestyle, yet they want the amenities. Redwood could have taken that market and kept it. Now there are other manufactures that have crept into that market while Redwood was playing in the wrong sand box and spending assets. JMO

At least Redwood/Crossroads is still in Business, so you're not totally out in the cold.

To me is doesn't matter once the warrenty is up your on your own and if your happy with what you have it doesn't matter
