I finally did it!

Hello everyone After a few years of research, lots of saving money and working a bunch, I finally pulled the trigger on my first RV I just bought a 2015 Thor Hurricane 34J bunkhouse today. I pick it up in a few weeks. Nervous and a bit scared, but also excited. This is a big purchase for the family, and even though the wife isn't really into the idea of camping, I hope to change her mind

I'm picking it up in Texas, and driving it back to Seattle. Should be one way to force myself to learn all about it haha Anyways, its nice to see a site where fellow Thor owners can trade ideas and help each other out with questions. Stay safe...

Have safe travels. My wife and I camped in our earlier life. About 4 years ago we bought a small casita and have gone thru a class c and up to a small class a. we are at least once a month and enjoy all the people we meet except for about 1% at any campground. We have joined several groups and it is a lot more fun if you get together for cookouts. Take your time and have fun because that's what it all about.
