So GTOGUY1967 how do the 20s ride compards to the stockers?Been dreaming of putting 20s on mine but a buddy/mechanic said the ride will be very harsh ( not that a 3/4 ton is a Caddy).I run 18s on my Beetle commuter car and they are fine.

i put 20's on my wifes suburban and my silverado(sold). they both had identical chip foose wheels. it made both trucks handle alot better. i beleive my wifes suburban came with 235/65/16's so it was a big difference. i did notice a difference in braking. i guess the larger wheels had more weight and cintrifigal(sp?) force.

I actually weighed my car 16s and the 18s,about 2lbs differant.Wouldn't think that would matter but I've heard the same thing about rotational force.

Honestly I have not driven the truck since coming home. That little drive, about 16 miles I could tell no differance. I don't expect any either. The rims weigh about the same. I guess i could weigh them if any one is interested.
