I have found GFCI outlets in the bathroom, kitchen and outside under the TV, but none have a reset button. Where else can I look? I have seen semilar post I have not seen any answers.

How did you identify them as GFCI outlets? If they merely have a label stating they are 'GFCI protected' then there must be another outlet upstream providing the protection or a GFCI breaker in the main panel.

I knew it’s was a tripped gfci because none of them worked. I finally found another GFCI outlet under the bathroom sink and that was the reset switch. Problem solved

Just to clarify what ghnl was pointing out, ONLY the outlet with the reset button (and test) is a GFCI, the rest are regular outlets protected by being tied to the true GFCI,. Should any of those ever need replacing just use regular outlets or you will be chasing tripped GFCI s all day :)
