Ice maker water shut off

I have a 2014 Thor Palazzo 33.3 that I purchased used in January of this year. I cannot find the water shut off for the ice maker. The solenoid energizes but no ice is made. I have verified there is no water in the line. TIA

I’ve tried that. I can’t find anything about the ice maker.

Look under the sink in the bathroom. You may have to remove the panel. We have a 33.6 which is close to your floor plan and that is where ours is.

By his floor plan that is the logical location - straight off the cold water header for the toilet and sink.

There is a square access door on the outside of the coach, right behind where the fridge is. There is a shut off valve in there.

I have a 33.3 and I don't have an access panel on the outside. Three places to look - under the kitchen sink, under the bathroom sink via the access panel (Mine is not there) and via the access panel in the closet next to the fridge.

I have to ask is the sweep bar down and is the freezer cold and working. On the exterior wall between toilet and sink wall have you pulled those panels or is there a panel under the fridge
