Camping world pumped air into my 2016 25.2 and found a lot of air leaks, for $700 they would re caulk RV, I told them no thanks and today started on the seal adventure
Took molding off windows and door on inside of RV found at least 1/4 inch gap on all surfaces, sealing with silicone and strip insulation, will be interesting to see if this helps sound and air conditioning will also caulk outside
Interested if anyone else has done similar

Got a 25.2 here also, and not to appear too much like a dumb newbie, but how did they pump air into your coach?

Nomad

Did not get to see the process, what I was told is they pressurize unit then spray down with soap and water, the test shows areas of leek.
I did call Thor after I got report and was told all units have air leaks
What I found bad is on removing the inside molding on door and windows the lack of any type of steel or insulation

Sealing around the door might help some. If I were to tackle this challenge on our 2016, I would start under the dashboard. That's where the engine noise comes from on acceleration with ours, not the doghouse as in earlier model years.
Keep us posted on your progress.
We've seen plenty of smoke and hot air from some dealers!

Too Air Tight?

I've always been under the impression that you don't want to insulate and plug every hole so that the coach is completely airtight. Letting too much moisture accumulates inside your coach is a bad idea because you don't want rot and mold to start. Letting some of that wet air is something you want to enable. Particularly if you store your coach for extended periods of time.

I know someone who did this with their coach. They found a lot possible leak points around windows and seams.

If you are worried about moisture in storage you could either leave a hatch or window cracked or use some of the sani-dri stuff that absorbs moisture.

In our case the inside stays pretty dry in storage--especially in winter when the air is already very dry.
