Hello group, we recently purchased a 2005 Thor Fury 29TB toy hauler and had issues with our interior 12v system on the first trip. While preparing for the trip the night before we lost all interior power instantly. The batteries were showing about 75% power just before this happened. The electric tongue jack works, the generator starter has power but nothing on the inside has power. All of the fuses tested fine. The half dozen relays under the front of the trailer tested fine. I have looked for a disconnect switch and never found one. when the generator is on everything is fine. Any suggestions?

You may not have a disconnect switch between battery bank and the house DC buss but there should be a DC breaker or fuse, and, of course, the cable connections that may be bad. The generator and tongue jack have their own separate connections to the battery bank.

Thank you for the input. I will take a closer look and follow the cable throughout.

As 16ace27 said check battery compartment breaker to make sure the yellow lever on breaker is not flipped and then go into bathroom and check on GFIC button may need to be reset ( can’t be reset if there is no power to socket) and check interior fuse panel for blown 12v fuses

The GFCI circuit has absolutely nothing to do with the 12 volt system.

What issues did you have on the first trip?
"nothing on the inside has power" - Does that mean AC as well as the DC?
How did you test the fuses?
How did you "test" the relays that they tested fine?
With the generator everything is fine, how about when plugged into shore power... you have 50A SP, right?
