My inverter (Xantrex Pro XM1000) on my 2016 Thor Hurricane wont turn on and I cant locate a manual 'on/off' switch anywhere to try and reset it. This happened when my batteries apparently finally died out so I changed them, but it still wont turn back on. All the breakers are good as well.

Your inverter is powered directly from the house batteries through either a stand-alone inline fuse or DC breaker.

Make sure the positive cable to your inverter is connected to the house battery bank. You can measure the supply voltage at the connections on the back of the inverter.

Thanks ACE! So I should definitely stop looking for this 'ON/OFF' switch that the manual shows. If I dont have the proper supply voltage then obviously theres a problem with the connections correct? What should the supply voltage read and can I measure that using a Multimeter correct? Thanks so much for your help

AFAIK you have a remote panel with a push button ON/OFF switch and the inverter itself has a front panel with an ON/OFF switch.

You should have between 12.5 - 13.5 VDC at the terminals, same as your house battery voltage.

Yes, measure with a multimeter on the 20 VDC scale.

I'm going to go with either the inverter's breaker is tripped (look for the flag, push it back in to reset if it's out) or a cable is mis-wired due to the battery replacement work.

It's going to be a 100A breaker, most likely. You should have two (or more) of those, one is for the main inverter, the other is for the hydraulic pump and generator starter.

ACE, I bought a Multimeter and the voltage at my Inverter reads 12.4. So im assuming its getting the proper voltage correct? Do you think it could be a fuse? I checked the fuses and they look good. I also checked the (2) 100A breakers and theyre not tripped. This is bizarre. I dont know where the fuse could be

I thought the same thing but I checked the Voltage and it seems to be good. To you know if the Inverter has a fuse?

AFAIK that inverter does not have a user serviceable fuse. 12.4 VDC at the inverter input is good. Your inverter may have gone to inverter heaven.

Since this happened right after you installed new batteries, my bet is on the batteries being connected wrong. The end result is no juice to the inverter.

OP says 12.4 Volts at inverter.
DC Voltage going in, no AC voltage coming out, as previously stated by ACE suspect inverter is deceased.

Or the mosfets had an end of life crisis and "passed away". Curious minds might carefully remove the case and investigate for fried components... of course remembering that caps hold their charge for quite awhile! Enter at your own risk!

Reset button

There is a black round reset button on the AC outlet end of the inverter. Try that with power going to inverter.

Your inverter is dead. Replace with at least a 2000 and stick with the Xantrex brand. The wiring is very specific and life will be easier to install the new one if you stay with Xantrex. I have a 2018 Hurricane (Love It), yet my inverter has died twice. That is not to say Xantrex is a bad name, mine probably died from over heat in the Southern NV summers. I leave mine on all the time, and machine plugged in. The Xantrex has an internal switch, thus power switches internally depending on Shore, House or Genie.
Best of luck and happy travels. The control panel is also just unplug from new unit and install in place of old control panel. Already wired for it.

Inverter

Probably already checked, but make certain that the lead from the positive side of your house battery bank to your inverter is clean and secured. I found my lead loose after experiencing some inverter issues. Once cleaned and sufficiently tightened, all is good.
