Good Morning, I own a 2015 Thor Tuscany 34xte, had a new magnum inverter installed along with 4-6 volt batteries. If I disconnect shore power the monitor goes blank, I have to do a soft start to reboot and the screen shows low battery even though they are fully charged,
Please help!!!!

Who did the install? Sounds like something is not connected properly. I'd start by going back there.

But, if that is not an option:

How do you know the batteries are fully charged?

Do other DC loads work correctly when not connected to SP?

And I assume when you say "monitor" and "screen" you are talking about the inverter display? If not, be more specific.

How long for when this started after after the new install?

Who installed?

Is it under warranty, if so; what are they saying?

What screen? Is it new screen or old display, pictures of screen who makes etc.?

Does the inverter work even with blank screen?

Does the inverter work even with low battery on the screen?
