Is Crossroads/Cruiser disbanding?

I went to CW yesterday to take a look at the work they have done on my 5r. I noticed there were no Cruiser trailers out on the lot. When I was speaking to my service writer I asked why. She said it looks like they are being taken over by Keystone. Every time she called into Crossroads/Cruiser to ask about what they would cover (WHICH WAS ZERO!) she was talking to a Keystone rep. Anyone have any other information on this?

What was also distressing was that Crossroads when building my 5r failed to put lumber in the channels of the Lippert trailer base. This is what caused 4K worth of damage on my unit. Their only response was I was out of warrantee. This is a unit that was under 1.5 years old when this was discovered......

WOW that is screwed up...:D If you hear anything else please keep us informed...

Keystone?

I'm not a huge fan of Keystone. Thor wasn't able to keep track of what they put in to their RVs, I think Keystone is worse. When my wife and I bought our Cruiser, we originally were looking at a Keystone Cougar. Turns out the one we were looking at was similar to our Cruiser, but in the Cougars the slides were breaking all the plumbing. Apparently was a known issue. We talked to a couple in a Solitude that had their Cougar one season and couldn't use it. They were going to be upside down on what they owed because they had no choice but to trade.

That being said, everyone has a horror story about a product or dealer right?

Did you know Thor owns all of them?
