Well picked up our new 2013 Sunset Trails Reserve 30Rk yesterday and love the trailer so fare. This morning I noticed a small squeak in the floor right inside the entry door. After going in and out of trailer today, loading it up, the squeak has gotten worse. I don't think I'm going to be able to stand this noise but hate to take this back to the dealer already.
Any ideas?

Thanks all.

We have a squeak or two over by the kitchen. It's usaully drowned out by the sound of the A/C though. It doesn't bother me as much as it does my wife. We live in 90+ year old house and have lots of squeaky floors so I guess I just don't think about it much.

Thanks for the input Indy.

Can you tell me the size of the grey and gally tanks. I can't seem find that out

According to the brochure and website, all tanks are40 gallons. I started thinking about it and wonder if that's in fact true each grey tank since there are two. I sent Crossroads an email. I'll let you know if I learn something different.

We have a squeak in the floor by the bed. I have been planning to get some of those screws that break off after you run them down thru the floor. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.

You have to locate the floor Joice/stringer, then decide how you want to go down thru your floor to anchor it. If you have linoleum and not carpet, then I guess you have to decide if you want that hole in the linoleum, or if it's possible to lift it then put some screws in.

This one is in the vinyl area. May just have to live with it.

We do not have the same rig but - - - we had a squeak on the steps to the bedroom/bath area. I had access to the area and put a shim between the step and the support - took care of the squeak.

I received an email back from Bill Stouts at Crossroadsconfirming that both grey tanks on the 30RK are 40 gallon each.

Will, we have a 2013 ST20 CK, and it too has developed 2 floor squeaks. It's annoying, and the only thing I don't like about our new trailer. However, with a sealed underside and lenolium floor, I don't think their are many options to fix it.
By the way, we also just bought a 2013 F150 Ecoboost. How do you like yours?

Please keep us filled in on all the details of the Ecoboost. Or please start a new thread with your review(s).
I am really interested and thinking of one next season.

I'll start an Ecoboost thread in the general discussion forum

Your question almost had me second guess myself....all 3 tanks fresh, black and grey are 40g tanks. I have a ST31BH and it has 40g fresh and black with a 80g grey tank.
Enjoy ur TT, Cheers
