Jensen TV Volume

Hi All,

We have a Crossroads Cruiser Aire 27MK outfitted with a Jensen JE4020 television. We are having a problem with the volume on the TV. When the volume turned up all the way it is not very loud, in fact when the volume is at about half way, then turned all the way up there is no change in volume. Normal people conversation will override the volume of the TV. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am not and electronics person, but know a little. Hopefully someone can give some advice.

Go to the menu and in settings you should see volume. Check to make sure it’s turned all the way up. If so on our radio we have an Auxiliary In setting. And we have an auxiliary in on the back of the tv. We purchased a cord that has a male end on both ends. We plug into the radio and select auxiliary In and plug the other end into the auxiliary In on the back of the TV. Then the volume comes out on the speakers on the ceiling. Very loud then.
