Jenson stereo dvd ?

I own a 2010 Cruiser ctx tt with the Jenson unit. Does anybody know how i can get the AM radio to work when connected to shore power? It only works when using battery power. It sure would be nice to listen to the Phillies while outside smoking a cigar when I'm at a full service campground.

You might check the booster switch for the TV. I've noticed that in our 30SK if the TV booster switch is on the radio goes away.
