Keyless Security Lock

I'm not sure what the Hurricane is like, but I just installed on a 2022 Omni, and it was a stupid easy install. I think I must have gotten one of the first of the new style, because I received the instructions for the older style. I installed it with no problems with no instructions and later realized that they had emailed me to correct instructions. I read them just to confirm I did it correctly. The only issue I had was is it's just a tiny bit smaller than the stock one and I have a small white ring around it (base white paint) because of the silver paint on mine must have been done with the stock handle installed. I thought I took a picture but I guess I didn't. Maybe I'll get one on the weekend. It's a very small white area, like a 1/8" and it's symmetrical. I was going to touch it up but the wife said that I was being way too critical and that it's a non-issue. I love how it works and my kids find it much easier to open the door now compared to the old one. It's also way easier to unlock from the inside. I also got the remote screen handle deal, that works great too. I just with they had the compartment locks for my style. I keep checking, but still not yet.

On edit, I realize I took a picture of the stock handle, so you can at least see what I had,
Well that stock handle is different than mine but it is spaced the same to the side of the door as mine so I'm going to say that the Atlas 2nd Gen will work for my motorhome. Thanks for the info. I'm not sure what the remote screen handle deal is.

It is a handle that you can attach to your screen door that will allow you to lock and unlock the lock plus mount it higher so it's not way down the step well. Kind of a gadget, but surprisingly convenient.

Interesting -- I've never seen that. So you still have to unlatch the door from below but can lock/unlock. Cool.

No, the way it works, it will latch it and unlatch it for you. It's got two buttons. It's basically a key fob that has been made into a crossbar. I had a crossbar before to make it easier to close the screen/door, I removed it a put this in it's place. There is also both buttons on the inside part of the handle and a manual override lever. When the RV Lock is locked, it's both the deadbolt and the handle that are locked at the same time. It's not like before when you had a way to lock the dead bolt and handle separately. They are both locked with the lock button.

This is what I had before that I replaced. Amazon.com

What it looks like installed. You can see the white on the top and bottom right side edges.
