Apparently the kitchen island on my Cruiser Aire is just a what looks like a sticker that has delaminated. Any ideas on how to materials to easily relaminate the island ?

Pictures might help.

Typically these are 'high pressure plastic laminates'. Basically kraft paper & resins cured under high pressure then glued to a substrate (plywood or similar) with contact cement. Unless the laminate is totally loose you can't easily use contact cement to re-secure it. (contact cement is applied to both surfaces, allowed to dry then when placed together it forms a strong bond) If the contact cement is applied too sparsely or the bond is attempted too soon or too late it will fail.

You best option now is to try some waterproof wood glue. Use a thin spreader to get it as deep under the loose laminate as possible (don't allow the spreader to break off in the void!) then hold the laminate to the substrate for ~ 24 hours. Use weight (a stack of magazines &/or a bucket of water) or clamps (use a piece of plywood to spread the force).
