Wow! 6000 sq ft of garage, 2000 sq ft house, 15000 sq ft of concrete, $100k rv, $70k truck, $40k car, ??$$$$ house in Florida, cha ching cha ching! If some one on here ENJOY! I'm jealous!

I pulled down the ad, the houses start $200. It would be a great snow bird place and a place to keep the RV at the same time. There are some nice advantages having the RV attached rather than in a detached garage. Considering how hot it gets in Florida, would the garages have to have AC? I'm sure they are insulated.

They have the same in Arizona and Nevada. They definitely need the a.c. in the garage. A buddy thought he would leave his air off in Lake Havasu in the summer. Went back and the front window on his DP was folded out from the top ready to hit the concrete after the caulking around the window melted

Holy buckets! Thats hot! Were the garages insulated at all?

Havasu is an oven as I remember. Dory said all the dirt is gray, I told her it isn't dirt, it's ash :)

We had our boat, and you couldn't stay in it more than about 15 minutes, then you had to take a swim.

I wonder if even Florida gets that hot.
