I noticed a leak (drip) where the slide topper meets the camper outer wall. Water is dripping onto the top of the slide. Would it be ok to use Eternabond tape on the slide topper. Maybe 2 inches onto the topper and 2 inches onto the camper wall near the roof line?

I wouldn't.
What is the cause of the leak? The topper fabric? Or the fabric rail?
A drip on top of the slide not be an issue until you can get around to fixing the source of the leak. The whole top of the slide gets wet in a blowing rainstorm. The purpose of the topper is not to keep the top of the slide dry.

Seems like the water just seeps through the fabric. Maybe where the stitching is. Somewhere along where the rubber sweep molding meets the top of the slide, water is finding its way into the camper.

Into the camper may be a bulb seal issue.
