Level system did not deploy

Hello Everyone, I have a 2012 Thor Ace 30.1 I recently purchased. When I left the lot everything worked. When the wife and I took it out for the maiden voyage the level system would not deploy. As a matter of fact I had no power at all to the buttons. Yes...I had the RV running with the emergency brake on..LOL.. I just had no power at all to the panel to push the buttons. Any suggestions to trouble shoot this?

Anything else not working? In my 2108 ACE there is a 100-amp breaker in the battery compartment. Check to see if it popped. There will be a flag to push in to reset.

Ours have quit also, but I think we have leaked all of the hydraulic fluid out.

We had a 2016 30.1. Our leveling system had a fuse in the 12 volt fuse panel under the bed & one near the hydraulic pump. I believe there was a third one that we were directed to in the engine compartment which was one of the things suggested in the owners manual that my husband for got to check. We just traded the MH so I can't access it's manuals.

Just starting with the simple things first, check to make sure dealer did not turn off batteries in battery compartment or is there a store/use switch inside that was placed in store mode
