Did everyone but me receive documentation on the leveling system? Can an individual jack be operated? Today, lowering the rear end (raise the rear jacks) would have leveled the coach without extending the front to it's limit. Poor controller programing.

Did you try to recertify the level for your system? Get a couple of levels (I use a 6ft and 4ft and place them in a T configuration on the kitchen floor - we have a 36FL). With the leveling system off, press the up arrow 10 times then press the down arrow 10 times, the system will blink all arrow lights and then you can recertify level by making the necessary adjustments. I recently did this, then double checked the system by re-leveling and the coach was level after the procedure. Hope this helps

The system is designed to eliminate the possiblity of frame stress, thus you can not operate jacks individually. The pressure wil equalize between the sets to put equal pressure on the frame. There are times that manually operating the system might be the better choice and it sounds like you were in that situation. I would have used the front landing legs to level front to back, then right or left to level right to left and finally put the opposite side jacks down just enough to touch the ground. Only only problem with that type of leveling with jacks just touching the ground, you might get a little more bounce than normal. It really is a great system, I was in the shop when they retrofitted our Montana and had an opportunity to talk to the Designer of the system while the work was being done.

Thanks to COLJDM and Mhs4771. I don't have any documentation other than on the docking center door. Knowing how to re-certify level is a good thing to know. How to get jacks to work so that they just touch down would be a good thing too. Today I manually got the coach level ie +0.0 front to rear and +0.0 side to side but the right side mid and rear jacks are completely off the ground, at different heights. The bounce is definitely more than normal.

If you go to the Lippert site, you can download the service/operators manual for the system and print it out to keep in the RW.

I had the same problem when I used an electronic level to set both front to back and left to right. Thats when I ruined my jack stand. I thought it was far enough away

. But my concern was that the middle jacks were not really in place. So I tried the relevel mode twice and they finally settled in. Good luck.

For those of you that own a smart phone, there is bubble app that can be used as a level. Down load it and give it a try.
