2020 Thor ACE, LCI hydraulic jacks. I have excess slope, engage parking brake, and jacks down lights flashing, control panel wont turn on. (Jacks are up)Voltage to house and chassis batteries is 13.47v. I tried resetting by pushing all the arrow buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds, nothing. I unhooked the chassis battery for a couple of minutes and it worked for about 3 minutes, the controller turned on, I went down the road a couple of miles and lights started flashing again. Any ideas?

Depends on which Lippert system you have: some reset with all four direct arrows pushed simultaneously, some use a different button combination (maybe AUTO and ENTER?).

Many times you are in this situation because the hydraulic pump motor won't run. Have you checked your 100 amp DC circuit breaker in your battery compartment?

No I haven’t, going to do so now. Thanks

Flash lights for jacks

Did you check fluid level while jacks are retracted

I'm not sure if these will help.
I have experienced a lot of different problems, with the leveling system (and pulling my hair out), but not exactly like yours.

I keep a notebook, with hard copies printed out, for all the RV systems in case I am out on the road and need to figure out a problem.

Resetting the main, dedicated 12V breaker may help. The one with the pop out flag for power to the motor. The one 16ACE27 mentioned.

I replaced the main controller once because I deduced it was why it would not work correctly not turning on.

I am on my second replacement wire harness between the controller to the external sensor because of that named error. Now I have a new spare extra, lol.
Where I live, beside the Cherokee Nat'l Forest, rodents have chewed wires apart. I am learning to spray deterrents and place traps to manage. The RV is in a car port, big enough for it with 1/2 walls.

Unfortunately, you may need to trial and error, do lots of research in the Forums, and other Forums for your remedy.

When you do discover the fix, the entire community here would appreciate you coming back and telling us. I for sure, will be one to add it to my notes!

Yep. Not a lot of help.

Might be faster to just call them. They should know what the flashing is indicating. I have different system and similar type flashing indicates an issue with the controller, it may think you have left something undone, faulty sensor, or controller itself needs to be replaced.

i.e. I can make something similar happen in a Power Gear system by having jacks fully extended. Then if I start the engine and release the brakes, that type of flashing will occur. Similarly if something faulty happened with electrical the controller may not function properly anymore.

Whatever the case it is not normal, if you don't see in your manual, I would just call them, no need to guess or assume on issue with jacks.

I was reading the manual some that I attached on entry #8 here, and came across this:

Drive Away Protection System
If the ignition is in the “RUN” position, jacks are down, and the operator releases the parking brake, all
indicator lights will flash and the alarm beeper will activate. The system will then automatically retract the
jacks until the jacks are fully retracted or the operator resets the parking brake.
The power unit will also operate to keep the jacks retracted in the event the leveling system loses pressure
as the coach is being driven.

I am thinking that just maybe, the parking brake being released and there may be a switch in that area may need attention.

I do not know for sure, but it may be worth a look. Good luck.

Call LCI. Their tech support is very good. They stayed on the phone with me last year in Grand Canyon when I had a Jack leaking down.

What was the deal?
Not really sure yet. The only thing that I did different was resetting the system( all four arrow buttons at the same time) while in the key on position without engine started. Previously, I had tried to re-set with motor running, this time was just with key in on position. Really not sure but I ran thru extend/retract 4 times, drove it about 4 miles and did it 4 times again, everything works normal now. ?
