Linda's new Nick Name

Last week when I dropped off my trailer at the factory I met up with Linda and introduced her to a friend of mine that I hope to convert into a Redwood owner. For those of you that don't know who Linda is, she helps a lot with warranty claims and is a "Godsend" when you have problems as is Brian (Go-Go Gadget). Linda and I walked around the factory while she was showing my friend the units on the production line hoping to see a BR. Linda always seems so up-beat and positive while I talk with her and she seems to enjoy her job of helping us rv folks with all of our problems.

On the way home I was thinking of a new nick name for Linda. I nick named Andy (Oz) because he always was the guy with the answers while my unit was being built. Brian was nick named (Go-Go- Gadget) because he's always fixing or improving something and on the move. Linda's new nick name should be "Tinkerbell" because she's so up beat, friendly and willing to help others.

In my opinion Redwood is fortunate to have the team that they have. The "Oz", "Go-Go Gadget" and "Tinkerbell" all go above and beyond what we normally find in the RV world.

When we did the factor tour one of the couples with us wanted to see a BR.. Linda was able to get someone to bring a BR in from the lot and set it up on the factory floor... I'm glad she did because was really selling the company to the potential customer. I don't know if they bought but they were certainly impressed.
