Hello,
I own a 2023 Thor Tranquility 19P, 4x4 Sprinter van. I am not happy with the service provided by the dealership I bought it from. I think my van is the only one of that kind they ever had and it seems they don't have much experience in servicing Thor brands.

I would appreciate recommendations for Thor accredited dealerships you had good experience with, especially for electrical issues. Western half of the US preferable.

Thank you

Unless you need warranty work there is no reason to go to a dealer for any sort of service.
Thor builds the cardboard walls ONLY.
All else is sourced from common companies making common items.

There is almost nothing that is a peculiar part on a thor.

Mobile tech is the best way to go- dealers are very weak on fixing anything, esp. electrical.
Many RV parks have one on hand and you can also ask them who to use.

I never go to dealer for anything- I do all my own stuff anyways.
Anything to do with the chassis, I use a local Ram dealer for my Promaster chassis, so I suggest local Sprinter dealer for yours for the chassis related items, like oil changes, suspension, cab related, oil and air filter, and starter battery.
