Congrats on your new 315RE Patriot. We bought the same model last year and love the floorplan. The only significant mod I have done is put an accordian style sliding door at the top of the stairs to isolate the bedroom and bathroom area from the kitchen/livingroom area. We had a few minor issues and crossroads stepped up and had them fixed without any complaint. One year after the purchase we would buy the same unit again.
