Loss of power to the refrigerator

The main refrigerator on our 2019 331BH quit cooling on AC but still works on LP. First, I tested the AC heating element and main control board and they are working properly. When using an outside power source the refrigerator works properly so it’s not the issue. I found that every other outlet has a full 120 volts except the refrigerator receptacle which only had 0.23 volts. I don’t see a dedicated breaker for the refrigerator and all the other breakers are on. I tried resetting all of them and no change. The only thing that I noticed was that when I switch off the main breaker the voltage drops from the 0.23v to zero.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Does it sound like a short?

Do you have power to the microwave? There should be a junction box under the slide you might want to check there.

Since the fridge works on outside power, have you opened up the fridge outlet to check the wiring and commections in there?
