Maybe.
I went to the local hardware store to get a copy of the coach door key for our 2026 Gemini 24KB. I had not lost it. I just thought it would be helpful to have an extra key. They made the key without any problem but it would not work in the coach door in either key slot - the normal lock or the deadbolt.
Interestingly enough it did work in every one of the outside cabinet doors that I tried, and I tried several times, but when I again tried the coach door it would not work. It made me wonder if there is some extra protection given to the coach door entry lock. It seems like a pretty simple door lock and I would not expect it to have any kind of chip protection, but the duplicate key just would not turn in the coach door.
Perhaps I should contact the vendor and ask.
