Main touch screen control panel

I have a 2018 Thor Miramar 35.3 and the main touch screen control panel stopped working, when I touch it the screen display does not light up and there is power the green light in the back is still lit up and all the individual controllers throughout the motor home still work as well as the remote on my iPhone.

The display itself may be bad. I’m guessing it is a FireFly display.

I would cut all 12V to the coach to force the system to reboot.

If that doesn’t work but the wireless switches work, then the panel is functioning because it connects to the wireless switches and to the phone app via Bluetooth.

The display is very easy to replace. It snaps out of the holder and there is a small wiring harness that plugs into the back.

How do I cut the 12 volt power

What is the easiest way to cut the 12 volt power and should I disconnect the shore power as well.

Disconnect SP AND oprn the battery disconnect AKA USE/STORE or Master Power switch.

Remember, if you reboot the panel, you must also remove the little watch battery that holds memory like date and time for a complete reboot. If you don’t do this, the panel will retain it’s past behavior.

On another Firefly Touch screen issue if I may. While driving, my touchscreen fell out of the frame that holds it to the wall. It broke the upper left corner of the screen. It still works but it has glass bits ready to fall off. I'm just wondering if that is on me or a warranty replacement? Thanks for the advice in advance!
