EDIT: Incorrect guess below
Looks like an isolation relay that is controlled by a BIRD or IRD to connect/disconnect the coach and chassis batteries for charging and emergency starting; and isolate them when no charging is occurring.

Thank You I am somewhat of a NEWBE in this Motorhome owning would this be controled by the battery disconnect switch located in the stairwell (Thor WS31S) ?

Yes, it appears to be since it's under the bed. It is set up as your coach battery disconnect relay in this application and is controlled by the MAIN POWER or USE/STORE switch at your entry door. Its job is to connect or disconnect the coach battery bank to the 12 volt power bus.

If you can:

1. Zoom out or hold the camera further back to show the relay in a more complete context and
2. Move the cable that is obstructing the view of the white label on the left and take a photo that allows that label to be read.

The relay looks like an Intellitec 01-00055-000 but it would be good to make certain.

Yes, disregard my first post. This is a latching relay but without the integrated fuses. This is the battery disconnect latching relay (Intellitec® 01-00055-002 - 100A Battery Latch Disconnect) controlled by the remote switch as PS89 said, which disconnects the house batteries from the house DC buss.

Okay THANK YOU again Plugged into shore power No 12vdc at the Store/use switch Batteries totally Dead reading 0.5vdc Xantrex inop awning inop(maybe damaged by tree limb) radio rear view camera inop 12vdc at fuse panel pull shore power everything stops working except the ignition. i am a retired maint mechanic/AC and electrical troubelshooter i am perplexed.

If the house batteries are totally dead the latching relay will NOT OPERATE.
You have to "jump" the house batteries to get control power to close the latching relay.

If the latching relay is open, there will be no 12 VDC at any DC load if not plugged into SP.
If you are plugged into SP and no DC loads have power, then check the two Reverse Polarity fuses in the Power Center - they are 35 or 40 amp and not in line with the other power districution fuses.
