If the house batteries are totally dead the latching relay will NOT OPERATE.Okay THANK YOU again Plugged into shore power No 12vdc at the Store/use switch Batteries totally Dead reading 0.5vdc Xantrex inop awning inop(maybe damaged by tree limb) radio rear view camera inop 12vdc at fuse panel pull shore power everything stops working except the ignition. i am a retired maint mechanic/AC and electrical troubelshooter i am perplexed.
