marking all threads as "read"

Is there a way to mark all threads as "read",so the next time I log in I can only filter for only stuff new since my last login?

Next thing you know you'll want to be taken to the newest post to you when you click in a thread..

I don't know how to do either in this forum but I know that you can in other forums. Sure makes it easier to navigate to new posts rather than wading through posts you've already read.

Take Jerry's Hurricane Mods thread for example. Wouldn't it be easier to click on that thread and be taken to the first post you have not read on page 76 rather than click "last" page and then backing up to find your first unread post in that thread?

Until recently, every time you signed on the threads since your last sign-on were BOLD. Made it very easy to know what was new.

Still does for me.

Try marking all the threads read and then come back later--sometimes that fixes the bold.

thanks. Now that I know how to mark unwanted ones read
and it seems like a new change so "New Posts" shows everything not read, even stuff that was there the last time I logged in. I Like it!!

I missed a lot of stuff over the years the way it was.
