Microwave 38GK

Our new microwave works fine just can't turn on the light or the exhaust fan. Any suggestions?

It has the bad touch panel turn off the breaker immediately and don't use it. Call your dealer and get a new one ordered. It can turn on by itself and do some weird things. When I picked up mine the light and fan also didn't work found out it was one of the bad ones.
