First off thanks for all of your replies in previous posts, I have learned a lot from all of you. I did search the forum for my current problem which is no power to outlets and A/C and it looks like it is likely a fault with the inverter (Go Power ic2000) as a result of a mouse eating clean through the communications cable to he units remote; CW did not run it through the conduit in the 2019 ACE 30.4 half wall.
I tried to repair the cable but did not have success and have another on the way in a few days. Do you fine folks think this will fix the issue? I may have to do an inverter reset to get things right.

As that is an aftermarket CW install of an inverter/charger it is har to say if that is your only issue. Most Inverters with remote panels don't need the remote panel to operate. So if you unplug the damaged remote cable from the inverter and turn it on it should work as normal:

Power to all outlets and A/C from SP regardless of Inverter ON/OFF status should be the default mode through the inverters AC pass-through ATS.

Of course you could also have a completely separate problem not even related to the inverter.

Thanks Ted, it feels a lot like a transfer switch problem I had years ago except neither SP nor Gen power will power the outlets and A/C. Lights work as does the water pump. I will try the inverter reset tomorrow, both the soft reset and the power detach reset and see if that sorts the problem. Everything was fine for our last outing a couple of weeks ago, and we have an end of season trip planned in a week, thankfully this gives me time. I appreciate your reply.

This is an update in case someone experiences something similar down the line.

Hard reset did not fix the flashing green invert/charge led with a solid green bottom; the procedure for this is to disconnect shore power first and then disconnect negative and positive cables from the IC2000 DC bolts and wait a minimum of one hour. I tried this twice with no love, waiting overnight the second time and return DC power only prior to trying the on button.

The replacement communication cable is an RJ12 with 6 pins, I tried several before I got it right.

Go Power Tech support is fantastic over the phone although they are too short staffed to return answers to support tickets. The issue with mine is internal to the inverter and will require a replacement; warranty is 3 years so I think I am SOL although will submit a pic of my serial number and proof of purchase to confirm. The short term fix is to put a cable from the inverter AC input to the inverter AC power output inside the side access, it take a bit of fiddling although it does fix the problem of no AC pass through and also allows for continued battery charging.

I'd be interested in what you fine folks would recommend as a replacement for this 50amp sine inverter. I am thinking I want one that is a 3000 with AGS and allow for access from the phone to check status, does anyone here have a similar setup that work well for them? I appreciate your input as always. Thanks
