multiplex issue

Hello all.

I received a call from Thor this morning (6-28) that there may be issues with the multiplex system. They said it is a potential software issue. They also said it is not a recall at this time but will be shortly. If you have questions the number is 877-855-2867. A fix is due soon and we will receive a letter at that time with instructions. I am just passing on in case Thor does not have a phone number for you.

Yep, we got one too. Supposed to be a recall going out next week. There is a thread about the issues in this forum. Miramar 37.1 slide problems. It seems to be related to the newest firmware which is version 5.7. We have version 4.8 and haven't experienced any of the problems that have been reported.
