Nervous!!!

Hello all! We are the Johnsons in South Carolina. Well heres the story, we bought a 8314bss Rockwood in 2009. We had nothing but issues since so this past week we were at camping World in Myrtle Beach Sc while on vacation. These guys are great... heres why...we worked a deal out for a 2013 Cruizer Patrior 355bl....we loced it from the first look. Once the deal was worked out we took our rockwood to Camping world. Upon thier inspection they found roof rot on a section of the Rockwood. Was told it was 1500 to fix but after negotiations we settled on a 1000 additional down and they put us in the NEW Cruizer. WOW!!!!! Never pulled a fifth wheel and have to say its a lot better that the TT we had. We are still playing with our new Cruizer but so far so good. A few minor issued at intial inpsection but the dealer is taking of these. So I am nervous after the last experiance we ahd with Rockwood and Forest river. No support from dealer or factory....any word on how Crossroads is to thier customers and how thier units hold up??? All advice appreciated!

You are going to hear about good and bad experiences when dealing with CrossRoads regarding warranty issues and repairs. The unit that we have now is our second CrossRoads product. We have had issues with both units and CrossRoads has taken care of those issues to our satisfaction. The dealer is very important when having repair work done. If the dealer is really customer oriented you shouldn't have any problems getting warranty work done.

At this time we are very happy with our 335SS Patriot model and expect many years of service from it.
