First of all, I would like to thank all the members of this forum for all the help and infomation you unknowingly provided my wife and I as we researched and purchased our new Cruiser 2011 CF30SKP. We picked it up from the dealer this past weekend and spent a very pleasant and successful two daymaiden voyage to our neighborhood KOA.

Thanks to your posts, Crossroads' exceptional attention to detail andquality, and our dealer's excellent pre-delivery inspection andcomprehensive walkthrough, we were able to conduct a thorough checkout of all systems without a single flaw or failure detected. We are completely new to the RV lifestyle, so this was a pleasant and welcomesurprise indeed.

We will be attending the Rally in July, so will be looking forward to meeting many of you there.

Again, thanks, and we hope to be able to share with you our experiences as much as you've shared yours with us.

Welcome to the forum. Look forward to meeting you at the rally. We haven't made our reservations yet, but should be doing so in the next few weeks. We've been to the last three. Bring your appetite, lots of good food to be had.

Welcome and congrats on the new rig. The 30sk is a great unit. Any big changes on the 2011 compared to the 2010? If so, don't tell my wife!!!!!

Yea I would love to hear of the changes! I know mid-year 2010 they added a step light, some newer options, and a roof opening to allow light in the main living area on most models.

Hi all just got our new 2011 c31re last month. It was 400 mile trip from NJ to Conn. to get the fifth wheel. We purchased it from Hi Way rv center and could not have been more pleased with the sale.Ken the owner is a real gentleman. The fifth wheel did not sit long the next weekend I took it to the Thousand Islands where it will stay until the snow flies.I have been rving for 42 years and have had several styles of rvs but I must say this is the best.To make my decision, I read the Forum every night for 3 weeks . YOUR OPINION of Cruiser was well taken.

Thank you all

For those who are wondering what if any major changes were made from 2010 to 2011, the only thing I know for sure is the model year. In fact, our dealer originally thought he had ordered a 2010 model and was surprised when it came in as a 2011. It does have the lighted steps and the skylight with adjustable shade in the kitchen area as noted earlier.

Probably one of the most impressive thing I noticed, however, was how well the trailer handled on the road. From everything I had heard earlier, I expected a smooth ride, but we had pretty strong winds (gusting between 35-45mph)last Saturday when I picked it up from the dealers lot and felt minimal, if any, movement or sway. Fortunately, I only had to travel approximately 25 miles to get to our KOA, but most of that was with the wind coming at me broadside so I felt that was pretty impressive.

At this point, I'd have to say I'm extremely pleased with everything. Our next test will be a 105 mile trip to Spencer Iowa where our Dealer is hosting a weekend event for everyone who's purchased acamper from him this year. It should be a good opportunity to test everything out on the open road and get a more intimate evaluation of our Cruiser.

CONGRATULATIONS!....Crossroads makes a great camper and the 30sk is a great floorplan...welcome to the forum family...

Congratulations on the 30SK and welcome to the forum. We've had ours since May of '06 even though it's a '07 model. We ordered ours from the floorplan in the brochure because there were none available to view and we weren't disappointed. It gives us lots of open space. We're having a great time with it. You will too.

Wow congrats !!! We would live to be at the rally with ya but we just can't this year.Maby next year! See ya on the road.

Didn't make it to the Dealer campout this weekend because an 80mph windstorm last nightimploded the back window in the camper. It also did a number on the pull down shades, tore off the molding on the dining/living room slideout (which punced a hole in the interior ceiling), and deposited a fair amount of water with the glass shards on the chairs and carpet in the back.Fortunately, we were able to get itpulled backto the Dealer before he closed up for the weekend to attend the campout. At least it's inside nowwhere it will be safe from further damage until it can be repaired.

I guess we should be thankful, however, as the KOA less than a quarter of a mile away looked like it had been hit by a bomb. Several trees were uprooted and branches of all sizes littered the campground, causing damage to many of the campers parked there. Less than a mile away, we also saw a Dutchman TT next to a house that looked like it had been twisted into a pretzel and laying on its back with its innards spilling out(not a pretty sight).

Not to be deterred, however, I fully expect our dealer to make the necessary repairs and have everything back in like-new condition by the Cruiser Rally in July.

Just ordered the 2011 30SKP. New to RVing, long time camper. I wish to say thanks to all the forum members. There is a lot to consider and the forum input setteled so many issues and questions. There are many changes for 2011 the most interesting is a flush floor upper deck. Outside storage have slam latch bus style latches. Lots of small trim adds, new window sizes and larger skylights both kitchen and bath. We were ordering from the brochure, had seen other models but not the 30SKP. The day we went to place our order a new 30SKP had just arrived, the new owners were very nice and allowed us to tour it. It was so nice to see it in the flesh. We take delivery in about 5 weeks. This is an excellent forum and it is a joy to share info and experiences. Good luck to all you newbies.

Welcome to the forum. We took delivery of our 30SK about two months ago and we just love it. The floor plan is perfect for us. The biggest selling point for us was the bathroom, yes a complete bathroom with a sink by the toilet. My DW thinks men must design the bathrooms in new trailers and motor homes with the sink in a separate area from the toilet. I can see her point and totally agree.
Any way you'll love this forum and all the great people that are here to help and entertain

Hi Kenny. Thanks for the welcome. My wife totally agrees on the subject of the bath. We have seen a lot of units with the shower and sink in the open confines of the bedroom. Excellent design in the kitchen as well on the 30SKP.

Welcome to the forum. All the reasons you mentioned are why we have a 30sk. Love the bathroom and kitchen layout.
