Hello all. Just picked up a used (6k miles) 2023 Thor Magnitude BT36.
The manual has a lot to be desired and is very general. Is there any way to get more detailed manuals for the system? It has the F600 chasis.
Just in the trip home I found 4 issues that were not in the manual.
1) How does the dual fuel tank work? I was able to find info on another thread (thank you) that explains that the front tank drains to 3/4 then the rear fills it until empty.
2) The front tank does not seem to want to take fuel. You have to fuel extremely slowly and let the fuel slowly run into the tank. Is this normal?
3) There is a red indicator lamp on the top of the dash (above the AC vent) that goes solid red when the brake is applied hard or the trailer brake controller is activated. What is this for in general?
4) The truck is limited to 76mph. At 75 when trying to accelerate to get past a semi that was slowing and chaning into my lane I had ZERO throttle and had to almost slam on the brakes to avoid the collision where accelerating would have been the safer approach. I did not see anyway to change/disable this in the F600 menu.
I am sure I will have more and look forward to getting and providing help as I learn more.
