New Elevation Owners

Hello, New to the 5th wheel world with purchase of an Elevation 3616 Toyhauler. We are transitioning to retire and travel and see as much as we can before we can't. We own two Harley's and are set up in a long term space to get the feel of the unit and break it in.

Having found a slide out wall finish separating, shower liner coming loose and kitchen grey water tank smell. Crossroads agreed to pay for the Mobile Service call and warranty work.

Looking forward to many miles and meeting new friends.

welcome and congrats on the elevation. sorry to hear about the issues but glad to hear crossroads is stepping up to te plate to make it right. keep us updated on it.

Welcome to the forum from Nevada. I've only had one RV with a rinse on the black and it's a nice item to have. My Current one doesn't have one. IIRC a rinse can be added to most tanks, but, I think that is one of those areas that I would prefer to have done in a shop.
