Hello everyone. I have a 2022 Zinger. I purchased it new in 23 and have had nothing but problems regarding leaks since I brought it home. Am I at the right place to ask if anyone knows where the drain pan hose is running to the outside of the trailer or where it goes? It may not be problem. but my floor from the small 2cnd bedroom all the way through the kitchen to the back wall is discolored from mold and the floor is getting weak. every time I get a leak fixed, I find that its not the leak causing this. I have no warranty Ron Hoover tells me. long story. and I can't stop this off to be fixed at their service dept if I wanted to, I live it. where is this leak coming from!?

That's a tough question to answer. You will have to be more specific in your description of "things". You can see it, we can't.
Like --- the drain pan hose. Drain hose for what?

Leaks can just about occur anywhere in the trailer. Most leaks come from water getting in from the outside from insecure seams around the roof, roof vents, stacks, AC or anything else mounted on the roof that needs calking. There are also the seams on the sides of the trailer such as the windows, doors, slide out etc. These seams also have to be calked and the rubber gaskets checked for wear.

Then there is the plumbing inside the trailer. All the pipes have fittings that can wear out due to age or poor installation.

And anything else under the sun.

Narrow down where the water is coming in from and check back here for help. Someone may have an answer.
