Congrats! 13 months of downsizing, that is way better then the month we took. (House sold faster than expected) Like others said, you really find out how much stuff you have and don't need. We found boxes that had never been opened from two moves ago. Wife made it very clear that I was not allowed to open the boxes and we would throw them away right then. That was hard for me to do, but she had a good point.
