We have looked for two years now and for first time buyers of a Tt wEe were happy to come across the zinger zt28bh we were surprised at the quality of the material used to build our tt after looking at countless pressboard dream liners such as the forest river line this will be a great addition to the nautique in the stable we pick it April 27 in Akron and found the check list for final inspection a helpfull tool thanks for the link!

I noticed that some people had problems installing a ladder camping world said they would install and it would not void the warranty is this true or should I worry???

This is our first camper and it is hard to get info on things like this ladder who to believe I don't think it's a big deal to mount a ladder I also saw them on a couple zinger models on the lot dealer installed should be covered on warranty

This depends on the CR model line or year. The new SunsetTrail models do not have a walk-on roof so they donot factory install roof ladders. I would question why yours did not come factory installed. Please be aware that all RV manufacturers disclose the construction standards can change without notice. I would encourage you to also question if youcan add a slide out topper awning if you select to do so.As one member found out that the blocking for the mounting of these awning is no longer installed on the Zinger line.
Sales staff are not always aware of the latest construction modifications at the plant, so forcethem contact their Crossroads account rep to validate that adding a ladder won't void the warranty. Don't want to scare you, but you mentioned that you are first time buyers. My first time I almost bought something that wasn't what I was lead to believe and I found the truth through a forum like this.No one was more surprised at the construction changes than the dealer sales staff. I was able to back out of the deal and then find something we were 100% satisfied with. For instance, the Z-1 line has OSB floors and there is now partial OSB floors in the Cruiser line. Before you sign the final delivery papers in April, make them pull a heater register from the floor and prove its plywood. Once you take delivery, it's yours for keeps.
As they say, it never hurts to ask, butit hurts when you don't ask. I hope all of your questions are answered to your satisfaction and the Zinger is the perfect fit.

Welcome to the forum. I don't know about the new zingers but my 07 does not have a walk on roof. At least it didn't come from the factory with one, but it does have one now.

I had called crossroads and the salesman from camping word had requested the prints for the zinger and in fact the framing for the ladder is in the back wall crossroads sent drawings to camping world no problem the zinger has a 3/8 walkable roof so we are in luck thanks all

I hope that we can say that as well we did not buy the extended warranty hope it wasn't a bad choice the crossroads zinger line looks pretty hardy to me we have looked for quality and a good price for two years now we will spend a lot of time at pleasant hill near loudenville this summer and will put it through the paces thanks for the feedback!!!!
