My name is Shawn and this is my first motor home. We just bought a 2015 Thor Windsport 34F and we've only had it about a week, and we've only take it on one overnight trip, but we absolutely LOVE IT!!
I think I have a case of RV ITCH, because I want to load our animals and hit the road We have 5 cats and a chihuahua....
By we, I mean, myself and my roommate. We both work at home and our home can be anywhere, so long as we have laptops and internet, so we decided to dive in head first and buy a brand new class A.
We installed a washer/dryer (stackable unit), a CB Radio, a Wilson Cellualar and a Wifi Ranger. We took it for one night to a campground and we loved it. It was super easy to hookup, take down, and we loved it!
We live in Florida, but I have a home in Maine, too. I am seriously considering selling my home in Maine, giving up my rental in Florida, and simply going full time. I would save over $3000 a month by doing this, and it would be an amazing adventure. We are both in our mid 30's, so this is a great time for us to do this, while we are still fairly young, I think
