Hi, We just purchased a new Redwood, its quite beautiful from Great Escapes in Arkansas. Wondering if there is anyone else in Colorado with a Redwood? We are having a hard time finding a service Center in Colorado for Redwoods, they are listed on the Redwood site, but when I call them they say they do not service Redwoods.

I'm looking forward to having this forum of Redwood owners to talk to.

Thanks,
Michelle

Hi, thanks,
no haven't tried Windish, but will,
Thanks,
Michelle

We are in Franktown, Colorado which is between Denver and Colorado Springs.

Welcome Guys, Salida here.
Bought ours from Windish, things may have changed there, but I would not take mine back. Lately, I just do any work on my own.

Congratulations on your new Redwood, and welcome to the forum. Did you get the one at Great Escapes with the Urban Clay interior and Tudor upholstery? I liked that combination, and watched the pricing on that unit for a while when we were researching the remaining 31SL inventory. It was one of the few coaches in that finish that didn't have the Caramel upholstery. We ended up buying a 31SL with Cherry interior that was much closer to home here in central Texas. I know that you will enjoy your new rig.

Since Thor restructured Redwood under Keystone, you should be able to use any Keystone authorized dealer. You may have to remind them that they are now Redwood service centers.

Michelle, I apologize. It looks like Windish no longer sells Redwood. The Redwood-RV site lists Camping World, which is a really bad thing, might as well have the neighborhood kids work on it. As I look, they only sell the sister crossroads stuff.

Even if Windish is working on their legacy units, as Coloradoliving says, that place may not be worth the trip anymore.

It doesn't look like there is a Dealership in CO for Redwood anymore. The three I shopped at quit selling Redwood. Perhaps if you call the service center they can point you to a Keystone repair center now that they are merged.

Thank you, YES, we bought the one with the Urban Clay interior, I loved the lightness it gave off, and seemed larger with the light interior. Since you have the same trailer, I'd like to ask a question, the air conditioner wall thermostat in the main living room is showing celcius not farenheit, do you know how to change it back to Farenheit? We thought it was broke because it only went to 37 degrees and evidently that is like 100 degrees farenheit, even on cool, hi, it would not cool the room. the bedroom thermostat is perfect and shows farenheit. Let me know if you know, we couldn't find any documentation on the air conditioner in the owners packet of info. Thanks again for the tip on the Keystone service centers. Michelle

Thanks again, all this information helps a newcomer to RV world. I will keep looking for the right Service Center, as we have a few things that need attention, that we cannot do ourselves., Michelle

I think you change the temperature display mode by removing the cover and changing a switch or jumper to select celsius or fahrenheit. Similar to what is shown in following link:

Hope this helps.

I'm afraid I'm no help. Both of ours are in Fahrenheit. Hopefully the manual in the previous post will help.

Guy - thanks for posting the location of the manual. I found the Heat Pump Lockout section interesting. This happened to us one morning and I didn't understand what was going on....

There is also a Windish in Colorado Springs. They just opened. I wouldn't take mine back to the Windish in Denver. I didn't have a good experience with them. Mine is presently at the new Windish here in C/S for slide adjustment. We'll see how they do.
