My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Thor Freedom Elite 23U. This is our fifth Motorhome and our second Thor unit. Our second Motorhome was a 29 foot 1991 Four Winds which we used for a cross county trip with our children. We have owned the 23U for about two months and it has been a perfect unit for our downsizing needs, having sold a 37 foot class A Motorhome last January.

The only thing I am curious about is that two times we have found water on the countertop behind the range after windy rainstorms. I believe it may be coming through the range vent but I haven't determined that for sure as of yet. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue and if so, how was it cured?

I remember several threads where people recalled the range vent to fix their leak. Also check to be sure the closure flap is completely closing when the fan is off.

Yes, the outside hood over my stove vent had thin to no sealant and had cracked and was leaking after a driving rain. Water was running out across the floor from under the stove area. A healthy dose of silicone sealant fixed it.
